A copy of the studentʼs most recent report card or transcript
A copy of the students most recent standardized test scores
A copy of any special testing reports (physical and/or psychological) A copy of the studentʼs birth certificate
A copy of the studentʼs most current immunization records
A recent photograph
A Pastoral Recommendation
A Teacher Recommendation
A non-refundable application processing fee of $50.00
Assessment Fee Grades 2nd-9th: $25

Upon receiving written confirmation of acceptance, a non-refundable enrollment fee of $510 per student will be due.
